it takes 2-3 business days to hear from you which sucks. I am very serious when it comes to my music. My question is never answered then have to wait another 2-3 days for another answer which did not help. I've waited about 5 days just for them to tell me my release was not approved by tunecore because my artist name is Rook THA Crook but it says Rook on cover. I've done the same with my first album and it's was approved so I don't see the issue now. Tunecore made me change the metadata to rook instead of rook tha crook and spotify, apple music put my music on the wrong page because of the change. im tired of this distro!
Tunecore is a one stop place for your music to get herd on many platforms. They make it easy to understand just what to do to get started. It all comes together fast. Which is probably important to ninety percent of musical artists.

I don't understand why, but they reject my music.
While I post on channels: Distrokid, Onerpm, Ditto ... accept
Oh shijt
I’m really excited to have received such great service from the beginning until now that my song is released to the world. I don’t think I will change a distribution company as an independent artist, I really feel at home and I can achieve a lot more in the future if I remain to be served by you while I grow as an artist.
Great experience and support! I always get a quick response to my questions.
Hi There, I have been happy with Tunecore so far. They have been helpful with me getting my releases to the live stage. As I did make a few mistakes. Thanks. Gary Biggs
The platform looks promising and helpful to artists. Training/patience and understanding in assisting artists who are new to the platform can make the Tunecore experience wonderful. We belong to different cultures and technical capacities and the service is still paid for by artist so a little kindness to the artist who is having really hard time during the pandemic will really be appreciated. We are hopeful, Tunecore. Thanks!

First it all looked very good, support replies e-mails in time etc.
But: The interface is no longer up with some of the competition and is badly translated into the different languages.
Also: The royalties splitting in the interface is not really secured between writers, since it does not strictly ask for all the input, like PRO/PRS, real name for ALL the writers.
Biggest issue for me now: I am more and more certain that my streaming royalties are not reaching there - for whatever reason that might be - and this is a MAJOR PROBLEM for me, since I am planning to be a full-time musician.
I have written to support about that and they assured me that 100% of streaming royalties are coming in and should be there etc. This is kind of impossible, because I had numberless streams that should total in multiple times as what is displayed in the account.
For these reasons I have signed up with another distributor and for now I leave the Publishing Admin with TuneCore - in the hope that at least this works.
For me it's a risk and is greatly delaying me in achieving where I want to be.
I love tunecore. Hope they can fix why I had to change my single title. I'm proud to be an artist on this platform.
I was satisfied with the process of uploading an album. It is a little confusing at times and I had to result to asking for advice which came promptly through an email.
